Pollen Singapore

And so the celebrations begin!!!
It's not everyday that you turn 30 (feels weird to even write it!), last night I was treated by my husband to a surprise spa day and a pre- birthday dinner at Jason Atherton's amazing restaurant Pollen in Singapore. Yes! It was THAT amazing that I couldn't help share our dinner pics with you, I mean, where else are you served edible soil and fish with its skin and scales that actually tastes exquisite?
If you are ever in Singapore this is definitely one of the places not to miss.
As for the rest of the birthday celebrations, a little birdie told me there might be a surprise weekend getaway... I can't wait for that!!!

  10. I visited Singapore a few years ago and was thinking a while ago that I would like to return and this certainly makes me want to go back. Fascinating food and the desserts especially are so appealing. I love food which is beautifully presented like this. What a treat! A belated happy birthday too.
