Style your bookshelves

It came to a point where our house was overflowing with piles of books and magazines... that's when I told myself 'it's time to buy a bookshelf'! Sometimes bookshelves can look a little boring so I went to look for some inspiration on how to place your books in a cool way and this is what I came across:

    Bookshelf styling must be my favourite designining trend - I can look at images like this ALL DAY LONG. In fact, I've even got a separate board on Pinterest dedicated to bookshelf styling! From your images I love particularly numbers 1,4, and 6. I am planning to style and decorate my bookshelf soon (just need to order some quirky bookends) and will hopefully post some photos on my blog afterwards :)

    I just have one bookshelf; if it gets too overcrowded, I will get rid of some books. I don't want to drown in shelves, so keeping it to a minimum.

    I'm an avid reader, and I love real books, even if I thank Jobs the Ipad, because without it would be buried under mountains of books! I love your bookshelf selection, I hope it helps me!

    Huge fan of the turquoise dragons - have a similar pair. I love a white bookshelf, as the spines of all your books tend to stand out so much more <3
