I have been reading so many articles on how green fruits and veggies are good for you and how juicing them together makes the ultimate healthy/ detox beverage.
Here is one of my favorite green juices which I try to make as much as possible:
celery, spinach, green apple, fresh ginger & lime
It's so easy to make: wash the fruits and veggies, mix in the juicer and it's done! Just remember to peel the lime and the ginger so that you don't get a bitter taste.
Flu season is on its way and this is the perfect mix to start gearing up on vitamins, energy and well-being!
What is your ideal healthy juice?
This looks so delicious. I want to try it. Very nice photos.

wow, that looks amazingly good for you. You have a juicer? I've always heard they are incredibly messy!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds maybe too healthy for me haha! It sounds strange to mix celery and apple, but I'm really curious to see what that tastes like!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite healthy mix is orange, grapefruit, apple and carrot - I think it's one of the most delicios combinations that I've made at home!
I love the combination of ingredients especially lime and ginger - such a vibrant colour too! I've just stumbled across your lovely varied blog and I'm delighted to be your newest follower!
